- Review daily expense reimbursements and record accounting vouchers for the Vietnam entity, ensuring invoice compliance, accuracy, and compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and company policies.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable; follow up on collections, reconcile regularly with customers and suppliers, and clear outstanding balances promptly.
- Handle month-end closing tasks including accruals, amortization, carry-forwards, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).
- Calculate, declare, and pay Vietnamese taxes such as VAT (GTGT) and Corporate Income Tax (CIT).
- Monitor changes in Vietnamese tax regulations and report potential tax risks and optimization opportunities to management.
- Maintain cash and bank journals, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure consistency between accounting records and actual balances.
- Assist Finance Manager with budget preparation, execution tracking, cash flow monitoring, and fund security.
- Handle banking transactions including transfers, cash withdrawals, and foreign exchange settlements.
- Organize, bind, archive, and safeguard accounting vouchers, books, financial statements, and tax documents.
- Provide financial reports to headquarters and cooperate with internal and external audits.
- Support cost accounting, budgeting, and other finance-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 1–3 years of accounting/finance experience in Vietnamese companies.
- Familiar with Vietnamese accounting standards and tax declaration procedures.
- Proficient in Chinese and Vietnamese.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to overseas working environments.
- Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented.
