一、工作职责:

• 在越南市场开发、评估、审核并维护鞋类原材料供应商，包括皮革、纺织材料、鞋底等。
• 建立并维护供应商档案及相关资料。
• 根据公司生产计划和采购需求，执行采购订单。
• 向合格供应商下达采购指令，并全程跟进订单执行进度。
• 确保原材料按时、按量、按质量要求交付。
• 及时处理采购过程中出现的异常情况。
• 收集并分析越南市场鞋材原材料价格信息。
• 进行成本分析，支持公司采购成本控制。
• 主导与供应商就价格、付款条件、交货条款等进行商务谈判，争取最优采购条件。

1- Job Description:

• Identify, evaluate, audit, and develop suppliers of shoe raw materials (leather, textiles, shoe soles, ETC.) in the Vietnamese market.
• Establish and maintain supplier profiles and related documentation.
• Execute procurement orders in accordance with production plans and purchasing requirements.
• Issue procurement instructions to qualified suppliers.
• Track procurement orders throughout the entire process to ensure on-time, in-quantity, and in-quality delivery.
• Handle procurement order abnormalities in a timely manner.
• Collect and analyze raw material price information in the Vietnamese market.
• Conduct cost analysis to support procurement cost control.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, delivery conditions, and other procurement terms.

三、任职要求:

• 国籍：中华人民共和国。
• 具备鞋类行业长期从业经验。
• 拥有越南市场的供应链及鞋材供应商资源；应聘时需明确说明可合作的核心供应商资源（供管理层审核）。
• 不具备 Adidas 品牌相关工作经验（因产品类别差异）。
• 具备良好的供应商开发、商务谈判及成本控制能力。
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力。
• 能够独立工作，并承受一定工作压力。

3- Job Requirements:

• Nationality: Chinese.
• Must have long-term experience in the footwear/shoe industry.
• Possess supply chain and supplier resources in the Vietnamese market; candidates must clearly specify key cooperative supplier resources when applying.
• No experience working with Adidas brand (due to differences in product categories).
• Strong supplier development, negotiation, and cost control capabilities.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
