What you do

1. Team Leader:

• Take responsibility for your team’s performance and results within the defined framework.

•  Manage the daily QC process, including image handling, briefing reviews, translations, quality checks, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

• Assign tasks efficiently to team members based on priorities and workload.

•  Plan resources and team capacity, including vacation planning.

•  Support onboarding and training new team members.

• Maintain direct communication with our Production Lead

1. Image Quality Management:

• Ensure image output consistently meets client requirements and Laudert’s internal quality standards.

• Identify potential quality issues and implement improvements where needed.

• Provide clear, constructive feedback to the team to support ongoing development.
  
  At our site in Ho Chi Minh City, we are looking for a team leader working in late shifts:

• 14:15 – 22:00 Monday to Friday

• 09:00 – 14:00 Saturday

• 3+ years of experience in the work industry

• Good English skills (At least B1 or higher) for communicating with your German Production Lead on site

• Strong Leadership skills

• Advance knowledge in Adobe Photoshop

• Experience in Image quality management

• Self-confident appearance, Enforce corporate decisions
