Mô tả công việc

  • Assist employees with system-related inquiries and provide basic troubleshooting support.
  • Coordinate with the IT team for advanced technical issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Monitor system performance and report any irregularities.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and basic system configurations.
  • Document common issues, solutions, and guidelines for internal users.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft systems (Windows, Office 365, ETC.).
  • Experience in system support, IT helpdesk, or a related role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (either speaking or writing, or both).
  • Ability to follow up on issues and coordinate with IT teams.
  • Working hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night shift)
