• Apply specific application and sample requests promptly to ensure efficient work and timely task completion

• Analyse samples according to the given methods and compare results with specifications

• Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods

• Issue Certificates of Analysis (CoA), distribute them to relevant parties, and ensure proper documentation and filing

• Store retained samples and remove expired samples according to the defined schedule

• Ensure that instruments and laboratory equipment are calibrated according to defined standards

• Assist with maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follow up on KPIs as agreed

• Follow and maintain the regulations of ISO, 5S and HSEQ to uphold a safe, organized, and compliant working environment

• Assist with application training for both internal and external activities

• Prepare quality reports and supporting documents for relevant departments and annual audits under QCVN and TCVN requirements

• Follow and support the test report process at third-party laboratories

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

• University degree in Chemistry or Materials Technology

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a laboratory environment

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in the Paints/Coatings industry, and familiarity with ISO standards and HSE regulations will be considered a strong advantage

• Detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong sense of teamwork and a genuine eagerness to learn

• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications

• Willingness to travel for site testing when required.
