- The role closely work with BUH supports the Business Unit Head with timely insights and task management.
- This role leads the Sales Support team in office, oversees stock and operational follow-up, enables data-driven decision making, ensuring smooth co-ordination between cross functions (Sales, Marketing, SCM, Tender, Finance).
- The role also involve innovating thinking which helps in shifting work from manual to AI driven, repeated work to automated work, manual errors to zero/less errors
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3–4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Power Query preferred), Google Sheets, and Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, basic DAX)
- Experience managing sales, stock, and contract-related data
- Familiar with CRM/ERP systems and tender processes
- Strong analytical, data-driven, and system-thinking mindset
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, operationally focused, adaptable, and proactive
- Experience in people management and applying AI tools is a plus
