• Develop new business opportunities and expand assigned markets.
• Prepare and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned volume and revenue targets.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships to drive sustainable growth.
• Monitor order progress and proactively manage sales and delivery performance.
• Analyze market trends and support pricing and commercial decision-making.
• Resolve customer claims and commercial issues in a timely and structured manner.
• Continuously enhance product, market and operational knowledge to strengthen sales performance.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure effective supply chain execution for domestic and export cargoes.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability and commitment to results.

• Open-minded with a growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and task management skills.
• Proactive, well-organized and able to follow through tasks until completion.
• Able to work effectively in a cross-functional and dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills in Chinese or English (spoken communication required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with at least 2 years of practical experience.
• Strong planning, coordination and work management capabilities.
• Willing and able to travel for assigned business trips when required.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Foreign Languages or related fields.
