- Follow up on orders and delivery schedule; 

- Contact suppliers to follow and update delivery schedule; 

- Update internal system and customers' portals; 

- Arrange booking with pointed forwarder; 

- Daily task will include responding to managers / quality team/ suppliers / head office in Denmark / customers in order to ensure on-time deliveries 

- Proven 2-5 years working experiences in shipping coordinator, following process of logistics with relevant partners: Shipping, forwarder, factories… report to manager. 

- Experiences in working with factories is priority; 

- A team player with good verbal and written communications skills; 

- Good listening, negotiation and decision-making skills; 

- Good at following up schedules and be careful; 

- Fluency in English is preferred, both verbally and written.
