Job Description:
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with B2B, and projects. Directly negotiate, close contracts, and monitor transaction progress. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction with company products and services.
• Develop business plans and growth strategies for the assigned territory. Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on performance, market activities, and competitor analysis.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Set sales targets, motivate the team, and ensure they are always prepared to meet goals.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Logistics, and Chefs to organize events, promotions, and demo classes to promote products and enhance brand awareness.
• Schedule regular client visits with the team. Willingness to travel regularly, attend meetings, trade shows (exhibitions), and assist with general management duties.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Area Sales Manager in the F&B industry, with a strong focus on baking ingredients or imported culinary products.
• Demonstrated success in developing distribution networks and managing B2B channels.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for professional communication and handling international documentation.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate and thrive within a supportive team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business systems.
